Rules and guidelines:

The entries must be:

• Entries may be on any theme, not previously published or prize-winners and must be written in English. Word count 300 excluding title
• It is not necessary to double space but please use at least 12 point font in a clear typeface
• Entry fees:
      £3 single entry or £5 for two  

The judge of this first Segora Vignette competition is Dr. Bernard Lord, formerly a GP. He resides in France where he writes poetry, stories and memoirs

No correspondence will be entered into concerning any aspect of the judging process. Winners will be notified on or before April 10^th, 2010, by telephone or email.

The prize-winning vignette will be published on this website where ideas for creative writing can be freely accessed. In 2010 we propose to publish an anthology featuring winning and commended entries to the Segora competitions.
